Method:
1- Heat oil and fry onions.
2- Add minced meat and cook till it changes its colour.
3- Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper, ginger/garlic paste and tomato ketchup.
4- Stir-fry and finally add boiled peas and pickle.
5- Cover the pan and leave for 10-15 minutes.
6- While serving, garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala. |
